We are deeply saddened to learn of the passing of the mother of Dr. Gülden ÖZGÜNALTAY ERTUĞRUL, a faculty member of our Department of Biosystems Engineering, and the mother-in-law of Dr. Ömer ERTUĞRUL, another faculty member. We pray for God's mercy upon the deceased and offer our condolences to our professors and their families.
Note: The funeral of the deceased will be held today, November 3, 2022, at the Osman Paşa Mosque in Karşıyaka, Izmir, following the noon prayer.
