Faculty of Agriculture will be hosting the 180th Anniversary of Agricultural Education in Türkiye event.

Within the scope of the event, Prof. Dr. Aykut GÜL, Member of the Presidential Council for Agricultural and Food Policies and Faculty Member at Çukurova University, Faculty of Agriculture, as well as a distinguished author, will deliver a keynote lecture entitled “Food Security and an Institutionally Organized Future in Agriculture.”

In addition, during the ceremony, academic staff and students who have achieved significant academic milestones throughout the year, including promotions in academic rank, publications in Q1 and Q2 quartile-indexed journals, and the acceptance of TÜBİTAK- and EU-funded research projects will be formally honored. The event will also include the award ceremony for the student paper competition entitled “Agricultural Engineering as the Key to Food Security and a Sustainable Future,” recognizing the winning students.

All academic and administrative staff and students of the Faculty of Agriculture, as well as all institutions and individuals who are stakeholders of our Faculty in Kırşehir, are cordially invited to attend this meaningful event.
