A meeting on solar energy systems was held in our faculty with Mehdi Demirci, Vergo Energy Systems representative, one of the leading companies in the turkish renewable energy sector. Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, Faculty of Agriculture, Department of Biosystems Engineering came together with Vergo Energy one of the private sector stakeholders and the leading solar power plant installation companies in our country, at the online event called "Sector Meetings". Mehdi Demirci introduced Vergo Energy Systems at the event and shared information on the way the works are carried out in the sector, the latest point reached in solar energy systems in the country and in the world, and their future projections.  In the meeting, the developments in the use of renewable energy sources after the Paris Climate Agreement and the European Green Agreement, which are frequently on the agenda of the World and Türkiye, as a result of the need to take urgent measures due to climate change were discussed. A rich information exchange environment was created with Mr. Demirci's presentation, contributions and questions of the participants.
