In line with our university's principle of "placing importance on internationalization and international student mobility with a people-oriented approach," we continue to enhance cooperation with universities abroad. Within this framework, Abil Akerke Kunshigarovna, a PhD student supervised by Dr. Zhanar Tileubaeva Slyamkhanovna from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University in Almaty, Kazakhstan, visited our Faculty between November 4 and 29, 2024.

During her visit, Kunshigarovna participated in meetings with faculty members, laboratory visits, and practical training sessions that contributed to her thesis study. She received valuable technical training and information from Assoc. Prof. Dr. Bahadır Altun, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sibel Ulcay, Asst. Prof. Dr. Emine Bilginoğlu, Asst. Prof. Dr. Hayriye Didem Sağlam Altınköy, Asst. Prof. Dr. Sebahattin Yılmaz, Asst. Prof. Dr. Yusuf Bayar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Melih Yılar, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Sedat Boyacı, Prof. Dr. Fahriye Ercan, Prof. Dr. Makbule Erdoğdu, Prof. Dr. Ahmet Şahin, and Prof. Dr. Ahmet Kazankaya in line with her research topic.

In addition, during meetings with Prof. Dr. Selahattin Çınar, Dean of the Faculty of Agriculture, and Deputy Deans Assoc. Prof. Dr. Ramazan Ayrancı and Asst. Prof. Dr. Ömer Ertuğrul, evaluations were conducted regarding international student mobility and the academic capacity of our Faculty.

The training and collaborations facilitated during this visit hold significant value in advancing our University's internationalization vision.
