On May 22, 2025, a technical field trip was organized to the Kaman (Çağırkan Village) Japanese Garden under the guidance of faculty members from the Department of Landscape Architecture at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University Faculty of Agriculture. The trip included second-year students from the Departments of Horticulture and Plant Protection, as well as fourth-year students from the Department of Agricultural Economics.

A total of 40 students and 3 faculty members participated in the visit, where they had the opportunity to observe the unique characteristics of Japanese garden art on-site. As part of the trip, students also visited the Kalehöyük Museum and received information about the historical heritage of the region. The program continued with a visit to the Hirfanlı Dam recreational area in Savcılı Büyükoba Village, where discussions were held on the significance and planning of open and green spaces.

This technical and visual learning activity, conducted as part of the “Landscape Architecture” course, also served as a valuable opportunity for social interaction and experience-sharing among students.
