Assoc. Prof. Dr. Serdar KAMANLI and Dr. Hüseyin ÇAYAN, faculty members of our Faculty's Department of Animal Science participated in educational activities at the City University Faculty of Agriculture in Mogadishu, Somalia, between August 2 and August 9, 2025, as part of the “Erasmus+ KA171 Project Staff Teaching Mobility Program.” Our faculty members exchanged information with the faculty members and students of the City University Faculty of Agriculture regarding the university and educational conditions of both countries. Technical visits were made to the faculty and livestock farms of the relevant university, and experience sharing was carried out. Additionally, a seminar titled “Challenges and Proposed Solutions in Agricultural Production” was held with the participation of students and faculty members.
Our faculty members noted that these activities, conducted within the framework of the Erasmus+ program, were highly productive in terms of professional development and academic exchange, and expressed their intention to participate in similar projects in the future.
