As part of a career event held on November 20, 2025, to contribute to the professional development of students at our faculty, Prof. Dr. Rüştü Hatipoğlu, a faculty member of the Field Crops Department, met with students.

Sharing insights from his own life during the program, Prof. Dr. Hatipoğlu recounted the challenges he faced and his struggles throughout his journey from his education to his academic career. Emphasizing that achieving success requires disciplined work, determination, and patience, Hatipoğlu stated that students must set goals for themselves.

During the event, Prof. Dr. Hatipoğlu also touched upon the importance of foreign languages in career development and offered advice to students on improving their language skills.
