The training was conducted by Lecturer Erhan DÜRÜST from the System Support Office of the Quality Assurance System Coordination in Education. The program included comprehensive information about the general structure and operation of AYDEP; in particular, the exam creation processes, the definition of different question types in the system, course merging operations, and technical/operational issues encountered in practice were discussed in detail.
During the training, our teaching staff had the opportunity to directly share the problems they had previously encountered in using the system with the authorized person and received information about solutions and recommendations for implementation. The interactive and question-and-answer section contributed to resolving uncertainties encountered in practice.
Our faculty will continue to hold similar informational and application training sessions to strengthen quality assurance in the education and training processes and increase the effective use of digital systems.
