As part of the program, the technical field trip took place in the province of Konya, beginning with a visit to the Karadağ Animal Farm located in the Karapınar district. Here, students had the opportunity to learn from experts about modern livestock farming practices, farm management, biosecurity, and sustainable production techniques. The technical field trip significantly contributed to reinforcing the students’ theoretical knowledge through on-site observation.
The second stop of the field trip program was the İvriz Archaeological Site in the Ereğli district. By learning about the region’s historical and cultural heritage, the students gained the opportunity to view the evolution of agriculture from the past to the present from a different perspective.
The technical field trip program concluded with the students’ return to Kırşehir, having contributed to both the enhancement of their professional knowledge and experience as well as their social and cultural development.
