At the Düzce Bolu Ar-Ge Project Market 2026 event, organised in partnership with Düzce University and Bolu Abant İzzet Baysal University and hosted by Düzce Technopark, students from the Faculty of Agriculture at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University successfully participated with their digital agriculture-focused projects. The projects, carried out with support from TÜBİTAK 2209/A and developed in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Yozgat Bozok University, achieved the distinction of being selected as finalists.

Elif İnalkaç, who served as a researcher on the project led by Anıl Görgülü, and Berke Kuyucu, who served as a researcher on the project led by Berke Berk, both students from our Faculty’s Plant Protection Department, successfully represented our faculty at the event with their projects: a mobile counting system for stem rot and an AI-supported wheat ear counting system. These studies, which combine plant pathology with software and artificial intelligence technologies, yielded notable results in terms of digital agriculture applications.
At the conclusion of the event, certificates of participation were presented to the students, and this achievement once again highlighted the value of inter-university academic collaboration.
As the Faculty of Agriculture at Kırşehir Ahi Evran University, we congratulate our students and thank the Faculty of Engineering and Architecture at Yozgat Bozok University for their valuable collaboration and contributions.
