? Why Is an Internship Agreement Required?

If a company chooses to pay a salary to our third-year students for their internships in the private sector and requests that the government or the university cover a portion of that salary, this agreement must be completed. If the company does not make this request, completing the agreement is not mandatory.

Third-year students who will be completing an internship in the private sector

? What Do You Need to Do?

1. Fill out and sign the agreement with the company where you will be interning.
2. Before starting your internship, submit a copy of the agreement to our faculty along with your other internship application documents.

? What Happens If the Company Pays a Salary?

If the company wishes to pay the intern:
Under this agreement, a portion of the salary paid by the company may be reimbursed to the company by the government or the university.
For this to happen, the agreement must be submitted on time, and payment receipts must be sent each month.

? Important Information

The contract is prepared in three copies (student – company – faculty).
The internship period is 30 business days.
The student’s insurance is provided by the university; no separate contract is required for this.
