In accordance with Article 8 of our University’s Regulations on Associate Degree and Undergraduate Education, Teaching and Examinations, the procedure for supplementary examinations to be held for students who have reached the maximum duration of study, as listed in the table below, is set out below.

• Applications for supplementary exams: These will be made online via the Student Information System (OBS) between 13 and 17 July 2026.
• 1. Supplementary Exams: 27–31 July 2026
• 2. Supplementary Exams: 10–14 August 2026

Students who miss the application deadline will not be eligible for the supplementary exam. We would like to strongly remind our students to take note of the specified dates and to complete their applications via OBS within the deadline.
